Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us within the 14-day period and return the item promptly.

Refund Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In their original packaging, including labels and tags

  • In resalable condition

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method originally used at checkout. This applies to payments made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Intimate clothing such as underwear

  • Hygiene-related items such as feeding accessories, bottles, or pacifiers once opened

Costs of Return

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or a damaged item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, size, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the provider, processing times may vary:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay): typically 3–5 business days

  • PayPal: typically 1–3 business days

Practical Example

A customer ordered a romper using a credit card. Upon receiving the item, they realised it was not the right size. They contacted us within 7 days, returned the unused product in its original packaging, and received a full refund through Stripe within a few days.
