Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Customer Protection

PayPal purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
Card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed securely through Stripe, which uses advanced encryption and fraud prevention systems to protect customers.

Payment Conditions

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be dispatched.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds and Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but usually take 3–5 business days.

Example Scenario

A customer placed an order using a credit card through Stripe but decided to cancel within 24 hours. Since the order had not been dispatched, the cancellation was approved and the refund was processed through Stripe without additional fees.
